Bio
Anna Skomorovsky is an abstract artist based in Maple, Ontario. Rooted in classical art training and wide background in biology, Anna holds a diploma in Graphic Design and Communication. She worked for several years as a graphic designer but today she paints full-time at her home studio.
She creates abstract landscapes in mixed media, building layered surfaces that move between luminosity and tactility. Her paintings combine epoxy resin with texture materials: sand gel, natural fibers, metal, and collage elements. Surfaces merge geometric and organic forms, exploring the dialogue of modern perception shaped by technology and natural environments, resulting in atmospheric works that evoke landscape, memory, and elemental presence.
Anna’s paintings are intended as spaces of reflection, balance, and emotional renewal.
