This painting was born from a fall visit to a vineyard after the harvest, when pruned vines crackled in small fires and a ribbon of smoke drifted into the evening sky. Like a good red wine, this abstract landscape opens in layers: warmth, depth, and a slow, nostalgic finish. It’s a piece about earth and time - its rhythm, its rituals, and the beauty we notice when we stop rushing.
