"Secret Kingdom" from my Elements series is an abstract mountain landscape created with pigmented resin on a wood panel.
The composition is viewed as if from above.
The painting was inspired by the northern forests and Scandinavian myths of underground kingdoms, where mountains conceal treasures and ancient forces unseen from the surface. As our inner resources, we do not always know we possess.
This is not a description of scenery. The divided planes and shifting perspective reflect a modern technology-shaped mind trying to reconnect with nature: through fragments, layers, and remembered impressions. The painting preserves a sense of the primal and still.
The transition from earth to water and sky serves as a metaphor for the inner transformation when freedom becomes possible.
With its vertical composition, mineral colours, and luminous resin surface, the painting has a strong but contemplative presence. It can become both a visual focal point and a place for the eye to pause.
